This 90-minute class, held bi-weekly at Water Bar (2518 Central Ave NE) is split up as follows: the first 60 minutes include slow-flowing yoga and deep breathing, followed by a short-n-powerful needle nap during your final resting pose. Practice ends with a meditation designed to send you back into the world feeling more connected and grounded. All levels welcome. Bring your own mat and water bottle.
